È altrettanto evidente la POTENTE salita del 1992-95.

Nel settembre 1992, dopo l'attacco speculativo di Soros, la Lira si sgancio' dallo SME e svaluto', scaricando sul cambio tutta l'inflazione accumulata in più rispetto alla Germania.
Poi, appunto, nel dicembre 1995 fu messa la pietra tombale.
Cosa è accaduto nel 1996?
È partita la parità fissa delle valute che sarebbero confluite nell'€uro.
Per la Germania, invece, l'€uro è stata un'occasione splendida.....

By email, telephone, fax, satellite TV...? It could have saved the lives of thousands of people. The earthquake was a Magnitude 9.0 on the Richter scale, among the highest in recorded history. US authorities had initially recorded 8.0 on the Richter scale. As confirmed by several reports, US scientists in Hawaii, had advanced knowledge regarding an impending catastrophe, but failed to contact their Asian counterparts.

This reporter has observed what many others have been complaining about for several years - an unusual decorating of our local sky with chemtrails. This incident took place on October 30, 2004 in Sacramento, California. The morning dawned beautiful and the sky was clear blue without even a hint of cloud cover. From 9:30 am until noon, two planes high in the sky began crisscrossing the sky leaving huge chemtrails in their wake. South to north and then east to west. By noon, the entire sky for as far as one could observe, the entire Sacramento area was then overcast without a speck of blue to be seen.

According to the Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) signed at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro: "States have, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international law, the responsibility to ensure that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to the environment of other States or of areas beyond the limits of national jurisdiction." (14). It is also worth recalling that an international Convention ratified by the UN General Assembly in 1997 bans "military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects." (15) Both the US and the Soviet Union were signatories to the Convention. The Convention defines "environmental modification techniques" as referring to any technique for changing-through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes-the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere or of outer space." (16)
Why then did the UN-disregarding the 1977 ENMOD Convention as well as its own charter-decide to exclude from its agenda climatic changes resulting from military programs?

1915: A doctor in Mississippi produced Pellagra in twelve white Mississippi inmates in an attempt to discover a cure for the disease.
1931: Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, infects human subjects with cancer cells. He later goes on to establish the U.S. Army Biological Warfare facilities in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, and is named to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. While there, he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.

Since 1992, the Russian company Elate Intelligence Technologies, Inc. has demonstrated its ability to radio-control rainfall on demand over an area of 200 square miles. The corporate slogan is "Weather made to order". An Elate weather-control system is in operation at Moscow's Bykovo Airport. The New York Times (Sept. 24, 1992) reported that some Russian farmers were using the technology to improve their crops. Elate executive Igor Pirogoff was quoted in the Wall Street Journal (Oct. 2, 1992) as saying that his company could have transformed Hurricane Andrew "into a wimpy little squall".

On November 13, 1997, the Wall Street Journal also reported "Malaysia to Battle Smog with Cyclones" using "new Russian technology to create cyclones... to cause torrential rains washing the smoke out of the air". The Malaysian government approved the plan in conjunction with the Malaysian company BioCure Snd. Bhd. and "a government-owned Russian party".
